The Company is not affiliated with:

• Eli Lilly and Company
• Mounjaro
• Zepbound

Any similarity in compound names refers solely to chemical reference standards.

6. Warranty Disclaimer (UCC Compliant)

ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT DAMAGES
• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS
• PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM MISUSE

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, legal fees, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse of products
• Violation of law
• Resale activities
• False representations made by you
• Human or animal administration of products

9. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers upon shipment.

The Company is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Stolen packages marked “Delivered”
• Incorrect addresses provided by customer

Claims for lost packages may require waiting 10 business days before resolution.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds:

• No returns accepted.
• Refunds only for confirmed damaged goods upon delivery.
• Purity disputes require independent third-party testing from a reputable laboratory.
• Determination of refund eligibility remains at Company discretion.

11. Chargebacks & Fraud

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks for valid orders may be permanently banned.

The Company reserves the right to present these Terms and proof of delivery in dispute defense.

12. Dispute Resolution – Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

• Arbitration shall take place in California.
• Parties waive the right to jury trial.
• Parties waive the right to participate in class actions.
• Arbitration shall be confidential.
• This clause survives termination of the agreement.

13. Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes shall be resolved only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action proceeding.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.

16. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of modifications.
